Hi, I’m Tom, this is to introduce our criminal law and practice course for SQE1 exam preparation. Having acted in defence and prosecution matters in the Crown Court, Magistrates Court and Court of Appeal, this is a subject close to my heart, and I will be sharing some of my practical insights in the course.
